PROVECTA DELIVERS STATE OF THE ART POWER & WATER MONITORING SYSTEM AT FLAGSHIP HIGH RISE SCHOOL

Provecta Energy Solutions designed and delivered a Power and Water Monitoring System for the state of the art Arthur Phillip High School and Parramatta Public School redevelopments. The new schools are flagship modern technology schools with a focus on 21st century tech-rich learning spaces. The $255 million Arthur Phillip High School is Sydney’s first public high school high-rise campus with a capacity of 2000 students across the 17-floor building.

Provecta’s power and water monitoring system interfaces to more than ninety energy, power quality and water meters to provide meaningful real-time and historical information, through any web browser with network access. The user-friendly graphical interface presents downloadable data in colourful dashboards, slideshows, trends and reports.

Views can be easily edited and created by school management, teaching staff and students to review usage patterns and identify the biggest consumers by area and load. Intuitive energy comparison displays display energy use in meaningful quantities (e.g. tonnes of CO2, equivalent number of houses’ consumption or savings in equivalent trees planted).

The incoming electrical supply for each school is monitored by the latest Schneider Electric power quality analysers. With built-in power quality analysis and compliance monitoring, notification and reporting, they assist in maintaining power reliability and continuity across the entire site.
